All Darby Mandrels are one man operated and designed to provide internal pressure on the pipe during the bending process to prevent pipe buckling and eliminate out of round in the bend. Available in sizes 6" through 60".

Pneumatic-Powered 3-Section Mandrels:

	Adjustable for any wall thickness within specified mandrel range
	Available in sizes 20" through 36" diameter
	For efficient operation, the compressed air pressure should range from 160 to 200 PSI (11.0 to 13.8 BAR)
	Maximum safe working pressure is 225 PSI (15.5 BAR)

Pneumatic or Hydraulic Wedge Mandrels:

	Adjustable for any wall thickness within specified mandrel range
	Available in sizes 6" through 60" diameter
	For efficient operation, the compressed air pressure should range from 160 to 200 PSI (11.0 to 13.8 BAR)
	Maximum safe working pressure is 225 PSI (15.5 BAR)
	Sizes over 60 inch by request
